Dr. Hoyt established his Internal Medicine practice in De Queen, Arkansas, in 1986.
In 2003 Dr. Hoyt relocated his medical practice to the current HOYT CLINIC facility. This move has made it possible for the practice to grow and accept more patients and also to expand the services available to his patients.

Dr. Hoyt routinely provides general medical care for adults aged 18 and older.
The clinic provides ongoing care for chronic medical problems, including diabetes, heart diseases, high blood pressure and arthritis. We also provide care for acute medical problems such as respiratory infections, gastroentestinal problems and urinary tract problems. Patients with other problems such as cough, sinus trouble or difficulty breathing are evaluated and treated in our clinic as well.
For those patients who have a need for care provided by specialists, Dr. Hoyt has a strong working relationship with nearby specialists, and he can refer and coordinate care with specialists as needed. Other diagnostic testing, such as sleep studies, x-rays, MRI scans, CT scans, bone density testing and mammograms can be arranged as needed.

We are accepting new patients with most types of private medical insurance, including Blue Cross plans.
We do accept Medicare assignment.
