Dr. Hoyt established his Internal Medicine practice in De Queen, Arkansas, in 1986.
In 2003 Dr. Hoyt relocated his medical practice to the current HOYT CLINIC facility. This move has made it possible for the practice to grow and accept more patients and also to expand the services available to his patients.

Dr. Hoyt's medical practice is oriented toward the geriatric community, focusing on the general medical problems of older patients. But care for younger adults is provided as well.
The clinic provides ongoing care for chronic medical problems, including diabetes, heart diseases, high blood pressure and arthritis. We also provide care for acute medical problems such as respiratory infections, gastroentestinal disturbances and urinary tract problems.
For those patients who have a need for care provided by specialists, Dr. Hoyt has a strong working relationship with nearby specialists, and he can refer and coordinate care with specialists as needed.

We are accepting new patients with most types of medical insurance, including most Medicare plans. Humana plans, however, are not accepted.
We do accept Medicare assignment.
