Dr. Hoyt established his Internal Medicine practice in
De Queen, Arkansas, in 1986.
Following graduation from medical school at the University
of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 1983, Dr. Hoyt received his internship and residency training in Internal Medicine
at the Louisiana State University Medical Center in Shreveport, Louisiana. Since 1986 Dr. Hoyt has maintained an active
medical practice in De Queen with active medical staff privileges at De Queen Medical Center.
In 2003 Dr. Hoyt relocated his medical practice to the
current modern HOYT CLINIC facility. This move has made it possible for the practice to grow and accept more patients
and to also expand the services available to his patients.

Practice Profile
Dr. Hoyt's medical practice is oriented toward the geriatric community, focusing
on the general medical problems of older patients. But care for younger adults is provided as well.
The clinic provides ongoing care for chronic medical problems, including diabetes,
heart diseases, high blood pressure and arthritis. We also provide care for acute medical problems such as respiratory
infections, gastroentestinal disturbances and urinary tract problems.
For those patients who have a need for care provided by specialists, Dr. Hoyt has
a strong working relationship with nearby specialists, and he can refer and coordinate care with specialists as needed.
We are accepting new patients with most types of medical insurance. We are
accepting new Medicare patients and we do accept Medicare assignment.
